| • Basic GPS receivers display your location in Latitude and Longitude, and store waypoints, routes, and tracks. They do not come with built-in Maps or Points of Interest. Please note that these units cannot download Maps from CD-Roms such as the Garmin Mapsource or Magellan Mapsend series of CD-Roms. They're great for basic outdoor needs and recreation. These units display linear map features such as roads, lakes, rivers, and contours and come with Built-In Maps. They can be extremely helpful in many situations.
