With every order shipped you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your package in transit. When you place an order online, or by phone, you will be asked to give us your email address. We need this in order to contact you with the tracking number. Your email address will be kept in strict confidence.
We receive tracking numbers when an order ships from our warehouse, and then we pass all the information for tracking your order along to you. Please note, when using expedited shipping your package may be on your doorstep before you receive a tracking number! Also, please remember that the first email we send you will be your order confirmation and receipt only. Your tracking number will be sent in a follow-up email shortly.
• Help, I didn't receive a tracking number.
Have you received your order confirmation and receipt by email? If Yes, your tracking number will be sent out shortly. If you did not provide your email address along with your order, please send an email with your Name, Date of Purchase, and List of Item(s) ordered to orderstatus@gorillagps.com. We can then send the tracking number to you along with directions for tracking your order.
• When I enter my tracking number there is no information available.
Don't worry. This happens occasionally. It can sometimes take shipping companies a few days for the logged information to become available in the tracking systems. Simply give it a day or so and then try again. Remember, if you use expedited shipping methods like UPS Next Day Air, your package may arrive before you receive your tracking number.
• Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?
If you had a large order, or an item is only available from one location, it may be necessary to send out more than one package. We will cover any extra shipping cost associated with multiple packages whenever this occurs. A tracking number is always provided for each individual package sent to insure that you may track your entire order. We promise to make every effort to send the fewest boxes possible for your convenience.
• Help, I missed my delivery!
No sweat. Deliveries are usually attempted several times. The notice left by UPS or USPS will instruct you on what actions to take, when they will re-attempt delivery, or where to can pick up your package(s) if necessary.
• I have a question about Order Status & Tracking.
